Jerry Martin

Jerry oversees the local operation of 22 offices within the 2-state network, with nearly 700 brokers and staff. He has served as a Director for the Puget Sound’s primary Board of REALTORS’ (SCCAR & SKCRO), is a past President and Lifetime Director for WR, a State Director for NAR, and a committee member of NAR’s Multiple Listing Policies and Issues Committee. Jerry holds designations in ABR, CDPE, CIPS, CRB, CRS, and GRI, and received the special honor appointed by Gov. Jay Inslee as a member of the Board of Trustees at Everett Community College (EvCC) effective Feb. 2020.
