Heather Fleming

Over the past 23 years, Heather has continued with the company through numerous ownership changes, playing an instrumental role in its transition to a publicly held corporation and then back to a privately owned company. She has worked under various leadership and held a variety of titles. Heather is also very engaged with the Equity Group Foundation and has been a board member since 2001. Her expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis has been instrumental in helping Gold Nation achieve its financial goals.
